1. General Return Rules

We accept returns only if:

• You received the wrong item

• The product arrived damaged

• The item is significantly different from the description

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

• Antique items with natural age marks

• Handmade artworks with minor variations

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Change of mind after purchase

• Products damaged after delivery

3. Return Conditions

Item must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• With proof of purchase

4. Refund Process

Refund will be issued after inspection.
Processing time: 5–10 working days.
Refund will be made through original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for:

• Wrong product delivered

6. International Orders

Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
